where to begin...
It was one of those days, try to get a step ahead, and wind up two backward.
I went to take grandma to the bank after work, as always my reward would be the yummy chocolate chip cookies they keep in the lobby... no such cookie! I walked out cookieless, sigh. Never the less, Pat and Richard where over at grandma's this morning and brought donuts! YEA! I would have 2...1 for me and one for baby of course tehe...
Grandma said she set them aside special... she started to search. I also hungry for my nummies started to search as well...
asked if Jackie or Jordan ate them. they said no, continued to look... then from upstairs grandma found them!
...
she came down with an empty zip lock bag that had several bite marks on it, and a large hole.... awesome. no dunut either!
starting to hate this day.

Then later on grandma and I were looking for something and the topic came up that she had no light for her closet, I remembered I picked out a nice easy up closet light for her, so I asked her why she didn't put it up. she pointed to it, so i sighed and set out to put it up. all it needed was batteries and in could velcro right to the wall of the closet, but I figured since I was there I would do it right for her, and screw it into the wall...
I got one screw in and then dropped it... yep, broke the bulb in three... sigh.
so we tried to see what we would need to just fix the darn light bulb right, so I got a screwdriver and started to losen the existing light fixture on the ceiling... I started to here noises... I told grandma I think there is a raccoon, up there! so i pounded on the ceiling... and we herd pounding back.... odd, so we did it again ... and it banged back... oh crap, i thought this sounds like a big raccoon.... and then grandma says... I think its Jackie.... oh snap, we locked Jackie and Jordan out... so i went down the stairs and let them in. we all thought that was kinda funny. (they are the biggest raccoons I've ever seen!) so grandma was explaining to them what just happened, and why we didn't answer the door right away, and she banged on the wall lightly as a demonstration... and the clock feel off the wall. I was like you know what that's the sign that we are done for the day...
So I left to go pick up Kyla, and as I was going on to 60 someone hit the butt of my car... it was no big deal and he didn't have insurance so I just let him go. then as I was driving my back started to hurt... I called Matt and let him know I would be late, and then I started to really hurt. then by the time I got there to pick up Kyla the pain was low and in the front, so I decided to go to st. Marys to get checked out. We got to the ER and we decided an xray would be to much of a risk for the baby, and it should be monitored first. so they wanted me to go down to the labor and delivery and get monitored before anything else. a nurse came up to wheel me down there... I was right there and she past me and went to the front desk, "I'm her for a patient pick up", she said. the nurse behind the counter pointed at me and said "right there"... to wich the other nurse said "no, I'm from labor and delivery, to pick up a pregnant patient." the nurse behind the counter pointed again and said "right there." I felt bad again about my lack of baby bump. and then she came over and said "oh sorry, so how far along are you, they told me 6 months." I said "yeah I am 6 months", then she kinda went "oh.." and it was a long quite ride to the next unit. ...So some of the pain was preterm labor, and they gave me a pill to stop it, and I was monitored for like half an hour, then they said the baby is ok, and let the other doctor look at me. We already threw out the whole xray thing, and with out that it's hard to see exactly, but we decided nothing was broken but that a virtibre may be out of wack. The only thing we can do is wait for the baby to be born and then try and treat the back. I should only lift 10lbs, and only pick up Kyla for in and out of the car-seat and such. I can really only take Tylenol. but heat or cold packs as needed. my next appointment is Tuesday, so we will look into it more then, depending on what the back injuries may be it may mean a c-section. treatment for the back looks like it will be more chiropractic, then any thing surgical. depending on what the disks looks like. but the way I was hit, and the way I feel, they don't think it got pinched.
