whoa... I'm 8 months pregnant? time is flying by!
I know I don't need to use this yet, but check out this website. All you have to do is click on start timer when you feel a contraction start & then stop when it's over. It will let you know how long it was & how far in between each one ....should bookmark it! it might come in use later...

I'm overwhelmed... I don't know what's up. I'm excited, I'm not, I'm donno...
you're 31 weeks
pregnant!
Was that a contraction? Yup, but it's just for practice. Those strengthening Braxton Hicks contractions are just your body's way of prepping for the real deal.
Bah! that sounds awsome... not! I hope Matt gets off his anklet soon, I would be so pissed if he can't be there for her birth. :(Call your healthcare provider if you experience...
- More than four contractions in an hour
- An increase or change in vaginal discharge
- Abdominal pain or cramping
- Increase in pressure in the pelvic area
- Low back pain, especially if you haven't experienced it before
These may all be signs of preterm labor and it is important that you contact your doctor.

Are You Nesting?
If the urge to clean and organize hasn’t hit yet, chances are it will soon! Nesting is nature’s way of making room for your new life. Don’t be surprised if you’re compelled to clean out closets, rearrange cabinets, and trash the clutter. Soon you’ll have diapers, toys, and blankets to mess things up again!
Umm, I already have...diapers, toys, and blankets to mess things up! But yeah I have been doing my spring cleaning. But I do that every year! and I have to get the house clean before I can put baby stuff out... I don't even know when I should put it out. We will be moving August/September. What do I do? Plus I still have to do the baby sprinkle thing... I got stuff for it, so I just can't not do it now. plus Kyla is looking forward to it. But who will come? If anyone? Susan can't cause of her job, Carmen will still be in Alaska, and who knows if Renee will go? Jackie has to go to work randomly, and who knows, If Cheryl will show, and if she doesn't what about the people that are more her friends that I was going to invite? :( meh. Donno.

| your baby: |
Ready or not, baby's getting ready to emerge. She's probably in the head-down position by now, with her bottom facing up. This is the comfiest way for her body to fit in your increasingly cramped womb and will make her eventual exit (only a few months away now!) much easier. (If she's still head-up, don't panic -- there's still time for a flip before birth.) ...as if I wasn't stressed enough, thanks for the reminder :P
As you've probably noticed, she is moving around quite a bit in there! ...Yes! Yes I have! It's not uncommon for her continuous movements, which may feel like somersaults, to be keeping you up at night. ... that too! Her arms, legs and body are also filling out as she continues to develop fat underneath her skin, making those kicks and prods feel even stronger than last week. You may even see an arm or a foot move slowly across your belly! ...oh oh! I want to see that!
